Most of the following things are avoided strictly:

  1. 80% of supermarket items, as it’s poisonous garbage
  2. Highly processed foods
  3. Carbohydrates, everything that’s primarily carbohydrates
  4. Bread, Wheat, Flour
  5. Alcohol
  6. Tobacco
  7. Opioids
  8. Fructose
  9. Basic sugars
  10. Most fruits
  11. Sleeping pills
  12. Regular Caffeine (unlike used for special purposes)
  13. non-mineral / non-zinc sun cream
  14. Iron (make sure you’re very low on iron, up to the point of what normally is considered slightly deficient, need to learn more, but that’s my preliminary knowledge on it based on learning from centenarian studies that apparently show that people who live very long have low iron)
  15. Grapes - spikes blood sugar
  16. Vegetable oils (Sonnenblumenöl, Rapsöl)
