Right after getting up, I drink water.

I’m not taking anything else in the morning anymore. I drink water whenever I like it.

I usually drink cups of tea during the day, as well as Athletic Greens. Some morning I make tea, many mornings I just skip everything. I try to keep the number of choices low, so I don’t have potential hurdles, resistance, or excuses to just sit down and write, read, think… During my OMAD, I also take all my pills.

During the OMAD, I swallow my EPA+DHA via “fish oil” capsules, ½ A-Z vitamin pill, NMN+Resveratrol (Lichens, combined preperate, either 0.5g or 1g, depending on the day), 0.5g Quercetin powder via capsule, Vitamin D2+K3. Presence of fat is very helpful for resorption. I think I’m good because I’m eating lots of fat at the same time. Metformin 10-20% into OMAD.

Only supplement I’m taking earlier is Kreatin 4g, which I take before sports, via drinking hot tea.
